UR Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees’ primary responsibility is to define the purpose and mission of the University. The work of the Board is focused on issues of policy and long-term strategy.

The majority of its work is accomplished through committees that relate to many of the functional areas of the University: Academic and Enrollment Management Committee; Advancement Committee; Athletics Committee; Business Management Committee; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee; Student Development Committee; and oversight of endowment investments.
